Die salzburgarena befindet sich direkt an der Autobahn A1, Ausfahrt Messezentrum (Exit 291). Ein spezieller Parkbereich wird für die Akkreditierung direkt vor der salzburgarena bereit stehen.
Die Akkreditierung hat online unter http://uci.wingsmedia.it/ vorgenommen zu werden. Die Akkreditierung berechtigt zur kostenlosen Nutzung der Öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel in den Zonen Puch, Elsbethen, core zone Salzburg, Wals, Siezenheim, Elixhausen, Hallwang und Eugendorf und weist jene Bereiche aus, die vom Inhaber betreten werden dürfen. Die Akkreditierung ist im Eigentum der UCI und kann unter bestimmen Umständen entzogen werden. Sollte die Akkreditierung verloren gehen, so ist das sofort im Akkreditierungszentrum zu melden. Die Neuausstellung der Akkreditierung kostet 50,00 Euro.
Ablauf Akkreditierung
1. Badge is ready to be delivered
You enter the accreditations centre, you go to the welcome desk, you show your valid ID, after you sign the acknowledgement of receipt your accreditations badge will be handed over to you.
2. The Photo is missing for the badge completion and delivery
You enter the accreditations centre, you go to the welcome desk, you show your valid ID. You are asked to go to the Photo Area, a picture will be taken, the badge will be printed. After you sign the acknowledgement of receipt your accreditations badge will be handed over to you.
3. Name is not found in the accreditation list
You enter the accreditations centre, you go to the welcome desk, you show your valid ID. You are asked to go to the last minute desk to apply for an accreditation. After confirmation by the UCI and/or the OC you are asked to go to the Photo Area. A picture will be taken, the badge will be printed. After you sign the acknowledgement of receipt your accreditations badge will be handed over to you.
All badges, except the badges for teams, UCI staff and those indicated by the UCI event manager, will be delivered exclusively to the holders. Persons collecting a group accreditation have first to check the list and then to confirm it with a electronic signature.
National Teams Accreditation
For national and trade teams a cumulative accreditations delivery will be possible. After a staff member of the accreditations office has checked the licences and/or passports the accreditations badges will be handed over to the team representative.
Organising Committee Accreditation
The organising committee accreditation session will be held on Friday September 15th from 4 pm till 8 pm. It is strongly recommended that all the auxiliary staff collects their badges during the OC session on Friday September 15th. To avoid congestion, all the OC accreditation requests shall properly filled out on the on-line system and upload the respective photos already in advance.
